Creden Care Ltd was founded by an executive leadership team bringing over 25 years of combined expertise in professional property management, corporate governance, and operational compliance. Our ethos rests on a fundamental principle: a young person's physical environment directly shapes their capacity for emotional growth, education, and long-term independence.By merging high-standard, secure residential spaces with a structured, clinically informed keyworking framework, we bridge the gap between local authority care and self-sufficient adulthood. Provisions & Pathway Alignment

Grounded in an Advantaged Thinking practice philosophy, our Ofsted-compliant supported accommodation provides high-specification, domestic-style homes (1–6 beds) for young people aged 16–17. To guarantee safety and placement stability, we enforce rigorous placement matching, excluding acute unmanaged dependencies or high-risk violent behaviors.Every setting features tailored staffing—including waking night or sleep-in support—paired with dedicated 1:1 keyworking. Driven by our structured Independent Living Matrix and local EET partnerships, we focus on young people’s strengths and aspirations to deliver clear outcomes in financial literacy, domestic independence, education, and personal wellbeing.

Fully registered with Ofsted (URN: [Insert URN]) as a provider of 16+ Supported Accommodation, Creden Care Ltd operates in strict alignment with The Supported Accommodation (England) Regulations 2023 and Quality Standards.
